“Since I became interested in photography last year, taking a doors-off helicopter flight over Manhattan was always on top of the bucket list. I wasn’t sure which time of the day I wanted to fly, as each offers a different experience, but I booked within hours of learning about the in-focus sunrise flight. The soft light and vibrant colors made for a great shooting opportunity and while it was a cold October morning, the exhilaration of the experience quickly made me forget about the temperature. I’m looking forward to going back up.”
